PAYMENT TERMS. You authorise Mind, Money & Business Ltd to immediately process the credit card information you have provided to Mind, Money & Business in the amount that you have indicated on the Offer. You acknowledge and agree that the Offer purchase does not include any other service, product, travel, admission, or expense, other than as set forth on the order form to which these Terms and Conditions are linked. Mind, Money & Business reserves the right to cancel your access to the Mind, Money & Business client portal at any time for any reason. All sales of the '28-Day Quantum Wealth Accelerator' option are final. No refunds will be issued if you fail to use the course after purchasing this option. No refunds will be provided once you have logged in the program. Your login to the client portal constitutes fulfilment of services, after which all sales become final.

NO INCOME CLAIMS. You agree that neither Mind, Money & Business, nor its representatives, has made any promise, guarantee, or other representation with respect to Your future income or gains resulting from the provision of the Offer, and that You have not been induced to enter the Agreement as a result of any income claims.

1. Background

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of the 28-Day Quantum Wealth Accelerator course (the "Program"), provided by Mind, Money and Business Limited (Company No. 1063388), registered in England.

2. Definitions

• Company/We/Us – Mind, Money and Business Limited.

• You/Client – The person purchasing and participating in the Program.

• Program – The 28-Day Quantum Wealth Accelerator course (self-study and/or digital training).

• Fee – The total amount payable for the Program (e.g., £997 for early bird and £1,497 for full price, subject to change).

• Start Date – The date you receive access to the course materials.

3. Program Description

This Program includes access to pre-recorded video modules, digital resources, and may include optional bonus content for 28 days. It is a self-led course and does not include live coaching calls, live trainings, or real-time interaction. All content is pre-recorded and delivered digitally. There are no live training sessions included unless otherwise specified at the point of sale. If you opt for the optional add-on "28-day Guided Abundance Visualisation" for an extra £47, you will have access to it for 28 days, after which it will expire.

4. Payment and Access

• Full payment is required upfront unless an alternative payment plan is explicitly offered.

• If you are located in the United Kingdom or any jurisdiction where UK VAT is applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to your order at the prevailing rate. Mind, Money and Business Ltd is VAT registered (registration number 382235695). If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your Order and the date of your payment, the applicable VAT will be adjusted accordingly. Changes in VAT will not affect any Orders where payment has already been made in full.

• You agree to pay the full Fee, regardless of your level of participation or completion.

• Access to Program materials is granted upon receipt of payment or first instalment.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not accessed the course materials (e.g., logged in or downloaded content).

• Once access is granted (via login), strictly no refunds will be issued, even if it’s within 14 days of purchase.

• Any Stripe processing fees incurred at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refunded amount, as these fees are non-refundable to us. Stripe charges 1.5% for standard UK cards, 1.9% for premium UK cards, 2.5% for cards issued in the European Economic Area, and 3.25% for cards issued outside the EEA. If your payment was made in a foreign currency or from a non-UK account, applicable currency conversion fees and international processing fees will also be deducted from the refund.

• By making payment, you understand and agree that this is a self-study online course and the Price that you have agreed to pay is the Service fee for the 28-Day Quantum Wealth Accelerator course and that you are under an obligation to pay the full fee whether or not you complete the course.

6. Client Obligations

By enrolling, you agree:

• Not to share or distribute login details, course files, or content.

• To use the materials solely for personal business development.

• That all course content is the intellectual property of Mind, Money and Business Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee success or any specific level of income or results associated with the Services provided. You further understand that you are ultimately responsible for your own success in business and that the Program is designed to enhance, supplement, and support you in your efforts to grow and sustain a profitable business.

• We reserve the right to change or modify the Program as considered necessary. 

• We will make every reasonable effort to complete the Services on time (and in accordance with your Order).  We cannot, however, be held responsible for any delays if an event outside of Our control occurs. In certain circumstances, for example where We encounter a technical problem, We may need to suspend the Services in order to resolve the issue.

• If you do not pay Us the fee as required under this agreement, We may suspend the Services until you have paid all outstanding sums due.  If this happens, We will inform you in writing.  This does not affect Our right to charge you interest on the outstanding debt.

• We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or loss of earnings.

• Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if:

• You breach these Terms (e.g., share content or violate copyright).

• Payment is disputed or revoked.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, illness, strikes, etc.)

10. Data Protection

We will collect and handle your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy at mindypaul.com/privacy-policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the English courts.

12. Acknowledgement

By purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

13. Course Name and Content Modifications

13.1. Course Name Changes

You acknowledge that the Program name (currently known as the “28-Day Quantum Wealth Accelerator”) is a marketing title and may be subject to change at our discretion. Any such change will not affect the substance of this agreement, and all terms and conditions herein shall remain in full force and effect.

13.2. Course Content Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, improve, or replace any part of the Program content at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. These updates are designed to enhance the value of the Program and do not entitle you to any refund or adjustment in pricing. All modified content shall be considered part of the Program under these terms.

14. Third-Party Tools and Lifetime Access

14.1. Third-Party Tools

From time to time, access to third-party platforms (e.g., community forums, integrations, external resources) may be included for your convenience. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, uptime, or continued access to any third-party tools.

14.2. Access Duration

Access to the Program is not guaranteed for life. We reserve the right to remove, archive or close access after a reasonable duration (e.g., 12 months from purchase), especially in the case of platform migration or business model changes.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No other statements or representations (written or oral) shall apply unless expressly incorporated herein in writing by Us.
