1. PAYMENT TERMS

Your enrolment into the Inner Circle ("Programme") is completed in two steps:

Step 1: A non-refundable deposit of £997 is taken today at point of purchase.

Step 2: On the following page, you will select your preferred payment plan for the remaining Programme fee:

Option 1: One single payment of £24,000 (total Programme fee: £24,997)

Option 2: Four consecutive monthly payments of £7,000, with £6,000 due on the following page (total Programme fee: £28,997). Each subsequent payment will be charged 30 days apart from the date of your first payment.

Option 3: Eleven consecutive monthly payments of £2,500 following an initial payment of £4,000 due on the following page (total Programme fee: £32,497). Each subsequent payment will be charged 30 days apart from the date of your initial payment.

Please note: if you have not selected a payment plan within 2 days of your deposit payment, you will automatically be placed on the 11-pay option (Option 3).

By submitting your deposit and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, a legally binding agreement is formed between you and Mind, Money & Business Ltd. The deposit secures your place within the Programme and constitutes your commitment to the Programme fee. No further signature, agreement, onboarding document or other documentation is required for this agreement to be valid and enforceable.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

The £997 deposit is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including if you choose not to proceed with the Programme after payment, if you cancel at any point, or if you fail to take up any part of the Programme services. By submitting payment, you confirm you understand and accept this condition in full.

2A. ACCESS VOIDS REFUND RIGHTS. Once you attend any coaching call, access the members portal, or receive any Programme material, ALL payments made are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE - with no exceptions. This applies even if you are within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period. By attending any session or accessing any content, you acknowledge that Programme services have commenced.

3. BINDING COMMITMENT TO FULL PROGRAMME FEE

Your selection of a payment plan does not convert the Programme into a month-to-month arrangement, subscription service or cancellable instalment plan. You are committing to the full Programme fee for your selected payment option, whether or not you complete the Programme, attend all coaching calls, or make use of all Programme materials.

4. CANCELLATION AND COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You may cancel your enrolment within 14 calendar days of your deposit payment, provided you have not yet accessed any Programme materials, logged into the members portal, or attended any coaching calls ("Cooling-Off Period"). To exercise your right to cancel within this period, you must notify us in writing at [email protected].

If you cancel within the Cooling-Off Period and have not accessed any services, any payments made towards the Programme fee (other than the £997 deposit) will be refunded within 14 calendar days of our acceptance of your cancellation, less any Stripe, credit card or payment processing fees incurred. The £997 deposit remains strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.

Once you have accessed any part of the Programme - including but not limited to logging into the members portal, attending any coaching call, or accessing any Programme material - Programme services shall be deemed to have commenced and no refund will be due regardless of whether you are within the Cooling-Off Period.

Silence or non-response does not constitute a cancellation request. If you do not submit a written cancellation request to [email protected] within the Cooling-Off Period, your enrolment and commitment to the full Programme fee remain in force. Failure to complete your onboarding, respond to communications, or make use of Programme services does not entitle you to a refund after the Cooling-Off Period has expired.

5. PAYMENT AUTHORISATION

By completing payment, you authorise Mind, Money & Business Ltd to process your selected payment plan in the amounts and on the schedule indicated. If you have selected an instalment plan, you authorise Mind, Money & Business Ltd to charge your card on the same date each month for the agreed amount. Failure to make any instalment payment may result in suspension of Programme access and recovery action by Mind, Money & Business Ltd.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Mind, Money & Business Ltd retains all right, title, and interest in any and all intellectual property related to the Programme, including all materials, frameworks, methodologies, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Programme materials for your own personal and business use only. You may not share, reproduce, resell, or distribute any Programme materials without express written consent.

7. NO INCOME CLAIMS

You agree that Mind, Money & Business Ltd has made no promise, guarantee, or representation regarding your future income, revenue, or financial results arising from participation in the Programme.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
